WAY Michigan is currently participating in a Math Tournament with the other schools in our program. The top three researchers get recognized at the end of each round and the school with the most improvement will be recognized at the end of the tournament May 26th.
The links for the LIVE sessions are posted on the HERO homepage at the beginning of each week. You are encouraged to join as many sessions as you would like.
Staff here at WAY Michigan acknowledge students who made the honor roll by posting those students by ID number & mailing out gifts & certificates. You can find your student ID number on your User Detail page. There are 3 levels: Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
Gold level is for students who have earned anything over 1 full credit for the previous month, and the prize is a choice between a college t-shirts, wireless speaker, or backpack.
Silver is for students who have earned 0.7 - 1.0 credits, and the prize is a choice between a USB flash drive, water bottle, or ear buds.
Bronze level is for students who have earned 0.5 to 0.7 credit, and the prize is an honor roll certificate.
We love seeing out students succeed and be successful, so please set a goal this month to be on one of the honor roll levels! If you need help with project suggestions or a specific project, please make sure you are reaching out to your mentor, team leader, online expert, or another staff member, and we can help you out!
